What does my dream about this high celling mean?

In my dream, I am at a school formal event ( I'm uming homecoming or prom, since it's really fancy), setting up something. It's a huge ballroom, and people everywhere are setting stuff up. I'm supposed to get something from the top of a chandelier at the celeing, but I can't reach it. The guy I like appears there, and he helps get it down for me. We talk for a little bit after, and it gets kinda quiet cause we have so much work to do, and we part. Later in my dream, I somehow realize it's a formal event, and I have to dress up and stuff. When I woke up in the morning, I was thinking I'd better get dressed, or else I'd be late to the event. Help!
