Have I burst my eardrum?

It's possible. But two of the other symptoms of a perforated eardrum are hearing loss and ringing in the affected ear, and the pain of a perforated eardrum is usually very sharp, but goes away quickly. At any rate, you should get to a doc pronto...bleeding from the ear isn't a good sign.
