Should i text him or wait?

I'm talking to this guy and we hung out yesterday however once i got home he texted me to bring him food. I told him i couldn't because it got late and my mom wouldn't let me.. so I joked around with him telling him to ask one of his other gfs to bring him food so he got mad and said "peace" (he's bi polar)I told him it was a joke and he replied vaguely and lately he's been doing that(he doesn't say anymore sweet things)..so i told him "I was right, you totally changed. i don't know what i am to you anymore.." and all he replied was "ook" that was the last time i talked to him..do you think i should text or call him? or should i wait for him to text or call me? If so what should i tell him?
