Fire-proof Tennis Ball?

If I were to fill a tennis ball with sand, and then wrap it in a shell of kevlar wick, douse it in naptha and use it as a juggling ball, would the tennis ball warp/melt from the heat of the flame? If so, is there a commercially available fireproofer which I could use on it, or a way to otherwise treat the ball?
