Why hasnt GWB put pressure on Pakistan for running a dictatorship and having nuke capability?

why the double standards ? and why is he so dogmatic about Iran when in fact Iran has not detonated or tested nuks. I am sure the most common neocon answers I would get "Because he cant cause of the war on terror" well guess what cons, Pakiland is more of a threat than Iran, Afghanistan and Iraq combined!!!!
