Vegan or not if its your health your parents are worried about then you have to find subs for the meat and diary from your diet eat alot of nuts any nut will do they will give you the protein you need and dairy use non cow products like soy... soy is a vegans best freind as long as you maintain the weight you desire its heathy go for what you want to do in life dont let people bring you down if you are a vegetarian be proud of it you can be very healthy and still be a veggie head lol
