Should women stay away from physical activity?

I'm talking about things like shooting a gun, driving a car, and such. My brother tells me that only a man can be the best at it, no matter what. I don't entirely agree with him about that. Sure, these activities are male dominated by nature, but there are women who have hung with some of the best of guys in those areas. It's just very rare right now. It's like saying that all women are pathetically weak, helpless, and defenseless flowers that need big, and powerful boys for protection. Even in the most intense of physical actions, men aren't invincible, and neither are women.
