Should I get a 2002 range rover HSE or a range rover clic?

I live in the city and so I need a but more car like. I go off the road nothing to hard though. I know RR are not the most reliable so dont give me jd crap. Which out of the two is more reliable and less cost to maintain. And overall a better RR. Thanks
