I would like to know what zip code in Colorado Springs, Co is the best place to live.?

I would like a nice house in a nice neighborhood but I don't want a hundred thousand dollar house but then I don't want to live in the ghetto. Like the houses near the Citadel Mall...that looks like a nice place to live. About how much are the houses there and what is the zip code in that area. I would really like to move there and need help in finding the perfect neighbor.
