How do i get this girl to be my friend?

There is this girl in my gym cl who i really like and really want to get to know. The problem is, she is always in this big group of friends and the guys she hangs out with are showoffs/ ***holes.We both go to bally total fitness but she doesn't know i go. Im really into her. what should i do?
