Feel like im loosing weight, but don't see it?
Well, it could mean that you are losing pounds, however, muscle does weigh more than fat. I know that when lifting weights, it may seem that you should be losing weight however you are building it up and gaining more weight. I usually shoot for notches in the belt, rather than pounds. I think that although you don't immediately see results such as all around body you will get there. I know when I lost a bunch of weight my face was the last to get "skinny." I think that if you keep on you will find great results. I would highly recommend some exercise, even if it is an extra few minutes on a treadmill or walking around your block. I know that the walking at work is great, but you can't solely rely on that to loose your weight. Eventually, you will find that your weight or look with plateau, in this case you need to add more physical exercise.
