Can someone tell me the difference between Cajun and creole cooking?

Cajun is more hot. Creole is french with other influences like african etc. Where creole people come from is. .. well back in the slave days... Black and white people mixed. Down the line.. they have the look of french italian. A very pretty color in apperance, and pretty features too. Great food! Years and years ago.. they were very poor people.. cajun and creole.. so they made do with what they had. They lived on and near the water, so seafood was plentiful.. so that's why so many recipes have seafood in them. They were able to catch this food at no cost to them.
